| PRESS CALL / INVITATION FAO: News and Picture Desks MANCHESTER HOSTS ‘X-FACTOR FOR GOLF’ GRAND FINAL: 13 KIDS FACE AUDITIONS The thrilling climax to 'Talent Hunt' - the UK's first X-factor style search for a young golf star - takes place on Saturday, November 15, in Manchester. Over 550 young golfers went through nerve-wracking auditions in front of a panel of celebrity judges at Playgolf Manchester on 27-28 September 2008. 66 made it through to ‘Boot Camp’ - four weeks of intensive golf tuition – before the finalists were picked. Now, thirteen young golfers aged from 6 to 13 years old - three girls, ten boys - will audition in front of a panel of judges including Setanta Sports presenter Charlotte Jackson | Chairman of Selectors for GB&I junior golf Peter McEvoy OBE – who has described Tiger Hunt as, “The single most thrilling demonstration of junior golf that I have seen in over forty years in the game.” The prize? A year's free golf at a local club, a year's free golf lessons and oodles of golf equipment and clothing. Winner takes all! You are invited to send a news team to the Grand Final of Talent Hunt, from 10:30am - 12:30pm on Saturday, November 15. The 13 young golfers who will line up in the Grand Final are:
